Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements; a binding contract forms when we dispatch the products.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise indicated. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted. We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other payment methods as shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within Ghana and select international locations. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control do not entitle you to cancellation or refund unless otherwise required by law.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy, available on our website, forms part of these Terms. For hygiene and safety, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective. Return windows: 14 days for Ghana, 21 days for international. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Nkoala or its licensors and is protected by Ghanaian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Product Information & Disclaimer

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colours, and ingredients. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under our Return Policy. Our skincare products are for external use only; please perform a patch test before use. Results may vary.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: violating any laws, infringing on intellectual property rights, transmitting malware, harassing others, interfering with security features, or scraping data without permission. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.
